How do you graph 3
here are the choices.
I worked out the problem and know that is correct but I'm not sure how to graph it.
so you know what it means if dot is filled or it is not filled?
3<x<6 see that \(x\) is between \(3\) and \(6\)
Yes if the symbol is greater/less than or EQUAL TO then it is closed.
so, you may wanto shade the region , thats oly between them
true so in this case you want the one that is not closed
Between them? Ok so would it be the first one?
indeed it is between because it must be greater than 3, and less than 6 right? so it STARTS at 3 (must be greater) and stops at 6 (must be less)
oly first and last options have that shading, and since u dont want a filled circle, so yes, its first option ! goodwork !!
@ganeshie8 @phanta_seea Is it the first one?
yup !
>if the symbol is greater/less than or EQUAL TO then it is closed. this is not the case. the answer must not be closed. >3<x<6 see that x is between 3 and 6
OK I'll go with the first one, wish I could give you both medals :(
np :) next time you may balance the equation by giving to to the other lol
