If f(x) = sqrt(x), sketch and label the locator point of 2-f(x-2).

OpenStudy (anonymous):

they want you to graph:\[f(x) = 2 - \sqrt{x-2}\]

How can I find the locator point from that equation?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

locator point is the point by which the standard function is deviated. this function is deviated from sqrt(x) 2 units to the right and 2 up. so instead of the locator point being (0, 0) it is (2, 2)
