So we have : \[3\sqrt[4]{128}=3\sqrt[4]{16\times8}=(3)(2)\sqrt[4]8=6\sqrt[4]8=12\sqrt[4]{\frac{1}{2}}=\frac{12}{\sqrt[4]{2}}\] I gave a couple simplifications. I'm not sure which one you want though haha.
