hmm I have not taken US gov yet, but I would say A or B.. I think A though.. Reserved powers are those given to the states and not the federal government by the United States Constitution. These include the ability to regulate marriages and businesses and provide for the health and welfare of the people living within those states.

The House of Representatives fails to pass a bill. The president signs a new spending bill into law. The Senate approves a foreign treaty agreement.

Bullet was right as well, the first one is C and I really believe the second one is A.. and for this one it is definitely The Supreme Court rules a law unconstitutional.
