how much is 222.7 liters in centimeyers

Directrix (directrix):

Liter is a measure of volume and centimeter is a measure of length so I'm wondering if the question is posted correctly.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I was thinking the same thing.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Directrix you can convert it to cubic centimeters.

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

Fair enough: \(222.7\;litre\cdot \dfrac{1000\;cm^{3}}{1\;litre}\) so, 222.7 litres is equivalent to 222700 cm^2 centimeters. What? We really should get a better question.

Directrix (directrix):

cm^2 --> I thought we thought that cubic centimeters might be the object of the conversion. @chank needs to speak and tell us the actual question.

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

Absolutely not. cm is a linear measure. litre is a volume measure. We need a real question, since [(222700 cm^2) centimeters] is just not a reasonable response.

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

Never use that website calculator again. What in the name of reason is that result?!
