Can someone help me with a Japanese question? I want to say to the following to my teacher in a written email: Dear Sensei, I look forward to seeing you in your office at 11:30am tomorrow. Thank you very much. For thank you I'm using ありがとうございます. Is there an equivalent for "Dear" in japanese? Or should I just say Name + 先生? We haven't learned how to say 'look forward to x', I found たのしにして in a future section of our textbook, but that sounds really informal?? Thank you!

This is beyond my abilities, but @Ko-Ki should be able to help you.

For dear it is へ So it will be (name) 先生へ

For look forward to.. all I can think of is たのしみ though I'm not 100% sure that is right in this concept
