OpenStudy (trantom):

Does the type of sound you hear affect your reaction time to the sound? LOL SCIENCE CLASS IS FUNNY

OpenStudy (austinl):

Not really the place for this, but I would say yes. I don't have any scientific evidence to back up this statement however.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i would also say yes. again, "reaction" would need to be defined. i'd say that the proximity of the sound is a big factor. and that there's a difference in reaction to a sound you're used to hearing often like birds chirping vs an insect flying near your ear. and i like your imagination lol ^_^ you'll need it to keep school fun

science class is not funny anymore... "this is how a lense works!" my science teacher says. I thought this was honors... :( One kid who is in HONORS science with me didn't know cells were different from atoms. He thought they were the same thing because they both have nuclei :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol that's funny. high school honors is overrated though. being smarter than average has its ups and downs

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That depends on how you define the type of sound.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh God, this is a terrible question. Extremely vague and too dependent on other factors.

OpenStudy (trantom):

Well you certainly make me feel good. :)
