(a) What is the negation of the proposition (p∨ ¬q) → q. Form your answer in such a way that the negation symbol immediately modifies only a proposition.

OpenStudy (psymon):

Well.....Im not positive, but NORMALLY, if you have an implication p ---> q, the negation is going to be p ^ ~q. So if you think of (p v ~q) as its own variable, say v, we can say this is saying v ---> q So if we want to negate this v ----> q, we must have v ^ ~q. If that makes sense.

Im not sure, but thank you, is antoher idea that might work.

OpenStudy (psymon):

Im just not sure exactly what they mean by write it in a way where it only immediatly modifies the proposition, lol.
