which lines from the prologue of the Canterbury tales best indicates that the speaker sees Monk as a particularly able, active man? -Many a dainty horse he had in stable -who rode the country; hunting was his sport -Poring over books in cloisters? must he toil -His prominent eyeballs never seemed to settle

I'd say the second one "Who rode the country, hunting was his sport." Him hunting is indication enough that he's perfectly able, as well as athletic. Along with him riding? That's not so easy, either. So I'd say B. Hunting and riding are indications he's able and active.
