I don't think you would, but to be completely honest I'm not 100% sure. Why, or why not? Why or why not? They both look correct. I think you may need a second opinion.

Doesn't look like it needs a comma. There's an "and" connecting the two phrases. A comma isn't needed (not saying that when there's an "and" you never need a comma, but in this case you don't).
