i think its a

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Colonists who fought in the war were members of the British military (remember the colonists were British citizens up until the end of the Revolutionary War - the French and Indian War came first). They actually tended to be a little bit more loyal to the king, so it's not A.

What was the primary thing the colonists were upset about that led to the Boston Tea Party, the Declaration of Independence, and the American Revolution? What was the King doing that they didn't like?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so its d because based on what u said the rest doesnt make sense

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well B doesn't make sense - Britain won the French and Indian War, so they wouldn't have lost any land. But C and D are both still valid points - it's just a matter of which one you think answers the question better. I'm not sure MOST colonists opposed the French and Indian War. When their towns were under attack I'm sure they welcomed the British soldiers that planned on protecting them. What they didn't like...what led to the Revolution directly...was paying the taxes to support the war. Something we still don't like to do in this country...
