B, because the 3 represents the y- intercept, which is where the point hits the y-axis. So you start by plotting (0,3) and you go up one and over two.

y = mx + b......m is your slope and b is your y intercept. so your y intercept is (0,3)..plot that and then use your slope (1/2 -- rise/run) to find your next point. tn.x680 is correct....answer is B
