Women's rights movements are primarily concerned with making the political, social, and economic status of women equal to that of men. From the movement woman gained the rights to vote,have jobs (officers,firefighters etc) More woman entered traditionally male profession's,such as business,law,and medicine. Some woman turned to politics. Between 1968 and 1972 the percentage of female female delegates to the democratic national convention rose jumped from 13 to 40 percent.

Mexican Americans, Native Americans and woman were all underestimated in certain abilities. Mexican Americans & Native Americans both were known to be not civilized and in some cases unintelligent..
