You have to solve for the free body diagrams for both blocks. There are two constraints to the system: (1) assume Acceleration of a = Acceleration of B (2) Tension on Block A = Tension on Block B.

Wouldn't the acceleration be equal to gravity? All i have right now is T=mg = 10kg*9.8m/s^2=98N
