CORRECT 4 GOLD MEDAL ! Identify the correct slope and y-intercept of the equation 2x + 3y = 6 slope = -2; y-intercept = (0, 6) slope = -three halves; y-intercept = (0, 3) slope = -2; y-intercept = (0, 3) slope = -two thirds; y-intercept = (0, 2) <--- My answer !

jigglypuff314 (jigglypuff314):

if you convert the equation into slope-intercept form y = mx + b when m = slope and b = y-intercept then 2x + 3y = 6 first minus 2x on both sides so 3y = -2x + 6 then divide both sides by 3 to get y alone y = (-2/3)x + 2 ^ ^
