Which of the following equations best represents the graph of a function f(m)? f(y) = m f(x) = m y = f(m) x = f(m)

OpenStudy (lena772):

@SACAPUNTAS @ranga @Easyaspi314 I have no idea. I want to say you eliminate the firstr 2 though.

OpenStudy (lena772):

first*

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This is not a good question.

OpenStudy (lena772):

:/ Do you have any idea what it might be?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm going to play "read the math teacher's mind" and say it's probably the third one.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Really, you'd need to say \(x = m, y = f(m)\) or \(y = m, x = f(m)\) and they'd both work. Using y for the f(whatever) is sort of traditional so we'll go with it.

OpenStudy (lena772):

Okay thank you! I'll let you know if you're right! :)
