7x-10>3x+2
+7x +7x
-10>10x+2
-2 -2
OpenStudy (anonymous):
something is wrong in this
OpenStudy (shamil98):
You added a 7x
you are supposed to subtract it
OpenStudy (anonymous):
why subtracting
OpenStudy (shamil98):
to get to the other side you want it to be equal to zero
+7x - 7x = 0

i think i get it
OpenStudy (anonymous):
this is a different question but its fractions now
OpenStudy (anonymous):
\[\frac{ 4x-3 }{ 7 }<\frac{ 3 }{ 8}-x\]
OpenStudy (shamil98):
you want to multiply both sides by the denominators to get rid of the fraction
7(4x-3/7) < 7(3/8 - x )
4x -3 < 21/8 - 7x
OpenStudy (anonymous):
i dont understand how you got 4x-3<21/8-7x
