For improving the ability of understanding/solving mathematics, I have something to share with my Friends. I will be thankful if you go through it. http://www.fullmarks.org/images/stories/studytips/math-xi-xii.pdf Thank you && All the Best!
Don't mind the troll. TROLL GET BACK TO UR BRIDGE o-o
thanks for the tips go :D I APPRECIATE IT ^_^ *saves*
meh, i disagree with #2
define troll? you @Jwoodward48 O_O
@Jwoodward48 not everything has to be a question, so it can stay open.
@Luigi0210 for that, (>^_^)> NOW GET OUTTA HERE o-o
Interesting concepts. Thanks for sharing. @Jwoodward48 and @charlotte123 , stop spamming or take it somewhere else.
good stuff ^_^
@Compassionate I am simply not spamming, I am simply taking care of things. Thank you
@Luigi0210 I will cuff u o-o I SAW THAT O.o
Thanks! Super tips!
nice tips. But still, those are the tips which we have to listen daily in our lectures :(
@Compassionate I apologize for the inconvenience, but I do have something to do with this topic. Go messaged me, I came. Thank you
@ isn't agreeable from my part. Anyone can receive help from others if in need of an explanation or to clear something up in order to understand it better. For example, we have Open Study which is where we give help. As long as you don't search for straight up answers then you should be fine. Answers just tell you what the right thing is, but you don't know WHY it is correct, which is why you give an explanation. 2 shouldn't be applied, help is good everywhere.
2 not @
Clever (:
thank you Hero. someone who understands my argument xD
Thanks for going through it.
@Preetha :) Ma'am please add your post for the encouragement, for us to LOVE MATHEMATICS....... I will be thankful to you.
I think there should be a sticky featuring some of these modified a bit to clarify for those who understand less. If we had stickies of course. Though I think Staff should check this out and feature some of these in the Math section. Thank you for sharing! :3
Many students say, "I understand the material, I just can’t do the question/problems." If this is true to you as a 'Mathematics' student, then maybe you need to develop your problem-solving skills. Having a strategy to organize those skills can help you.
Mathematics problem solving can be learned just like you learn to drive a car, play the musical instrument, or ride a bike. What can aid you more than anything else is to have a general approach to follow with each problem you encounter. You may use different tools or tactics with differing areas of mathematics, but the overall strategy remains the same. Most likely, you have already acquired some problem-solving skills and habits from previous courses in mathematics, chemistry, or physics. Like other areas of learning and life, some of these habits may be beneficial and some may, actually, hinder your progress in learning how to solve mathematics problems.
So, in learning this new approach, be willing to try new ideas and to discard old habits that may, in fact, be hindering your understanding. As you mature as a mathematics problem solver, you will find that the approach will become second nature to you. You will begin automatically to do those things that will lead you to construct an effective solution to the problem.
It can be put into a simple equation Practice+Solid concept=Success with Mathematics.
Well said Mr. Aravind ( @AravindG )
Thank you thy are really good and helpful. I like it:)
thank u for the helpful tips and thy really nice.......... :)
Holy. T L ; D R
my tip is just to take it slow and look at it bit by bit, or sentence by sentence, especially with word problems. because with lik sayx(9+4)-5(1+4) it looks complicated but its so easy, just distribute, combine, and solve (the answer is 13x-14)
