multiply by it's conjugate. so it's sqrt of 11- sqrt of 2

I got \[\frac{ \sqrt{121}+\sqrt{4}}{ \sqrt{121-\sqrt{4}}}\] Which would equal \[\frac{ 11+2 }{ 11-2 } = \frac{ 13 }{ }\] Is that right?
