Yes, it looks like this question applies to that graph. Just plug in x value to calculate y. plug in y values to calculate x.
I will do the first one: y = 1200 + 11x when x = 0, y = 1200 + 11(0) = 1200 feet

y = 1200 + 11x y = 3000 3000 = 1200 + 11x subtract 1200 from both sides 1800 = 11x divide both sides by 11 1800/11 = x x = 163.64 or you can round it to 164 minutes
