I don't know how to even begin to figure this out. I've tried using a/b equation from my professor but can't seem to get it right?

all are republicans intersect 2 are republicans divided by 2 republicans is what I am trying to use.. Does anyone know if this is correct?? Every time I put in the combinations the program says it is wrong. I do not know what else to do.
