Write a letter to a friend back home about immigration for people hoping to come to the United States, to explain what the process will be like. Your letter should be written from the point of view of an Asian or European immigrant in the early 1900s.
Be sure to consider the following in your response: Where are you from? Why did you leave your homeland? How was your journey to the United States? What happened to you when you arrived? What is your new life like in America? Where do you live and what do you do every day? What difficulties do you face because of who you are, where you came from, or where you live now?

yep, e.mccormick! Your right, I think that gives a total clue of how and what to write!
I wrote to my best friend about the differences between America and where we were from. I do not exactly remember where I said we were from, but somewhere in Europe. Just include simple things.. such as, the lifestyle, food, religions, religious practices, daily activities, people, attire, etc. It will all add together and seem like you really are in that location. I then explained how I couldn't wait to come home and wished he was with me. Make it simple but to the point. Good luck! :)
@swingo2, yup! You sound like a really good writer!
@SolomonZelman Thank you very much :) I appreciate it. I try my best, but I am always here to help!
some people just look for answers, I don't know about this question specifically.....
In this scenario, you should really try to attempt your own essay, submit the question and your answer then let us check it, that way it can't technically be considered plagiarism. But oh well xD
