medal question below

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\frac{ 5 }{ 9 } D=\frac{ 9 }{ 10 }\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

to solve for D, multiply both sides by 9/5 D = (9/5)(9/10) ... D = 18/50

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so do i multiply D x 9/5 to get 9/10?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no you multiply D by 9/5 and you multiply 9/10 by 9/5 to get 18/50

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[A\frac{ 31 }{ 90 } B \frac{ 31 }{ 50 } C \frac{ 1 }{ 2 } D \frac{ 50 }{ 81 }\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

*B \[B 1\frac{ 31 }{ 50 }\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then what should i put if those are the only answers i have to choose from

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oops did I put 18/50? I meant 81/50. Also I looks like you want the fraction with D... so multiply 5/9 by 10/9 and you get 50/81 50/81 answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

haha ok thanks sooo much
