how do i integrate sqrt(1+x^3)??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

follow this link, you will have a great integrator... http://integrals.wolfram.com/index.jsp I'm sorry this integral is some what harder for me within by knowledge boundaries...

To integrate an expression like this you might need to know why your doing that...i cant give you a closed for expression for the indefinite integral but if you define this integral over an interval then you can proceed as follows: 1. Expand using the infinite series for (1 + x)^n . 2. Do normal term by term power rule integration. 3. Depending on the level of accuracy you desire you can substitute the upper and lower limits taking how many terms as would be sufficient.

closed form* (sorry for the typo) Closed form means like a function or combination of known defined functions in mathematics
