I am 100% sure that it's C. 141 -186.5.

To determine the target heart rate, you take the maximal heart rate, which is 220 for males, minus the age. So in this case, you would get 206. To get your heart rate reserve, you then you take the resting heart rate, 76, and subtract it from the maximal heart rate, 206. You then get 130. To calculate the target heart rate range, you take the 130 x .5 + the resting heart rate. So, 130 x .5 is 65. 65 + 76 is 141. There is your lower number. It's the same steps for the second percentage. 130 x .85 + resting heart rate. So, 130 x .85 = 110.5. 110.5 + 76 (resting heart rate) = 186.5. That's how you end up with 141-186.5. Hope this helps!
