i will give you a crucial hint, as this answer will be a bit lengthy for me to explain. 1.I hope you the double angle formula, 2sin^2(x) = 1 - cos(2x) and 2cos^2(x) = 1 + cos(2x) 2. Now figure out how you can reduce the resultant equation by some sin(A+B) or cos(A+B) equation. And it's very easy, and i must say its an art.

Thank you I think I can solve it now but I have no paper I'm going to do it shortly and then ill give you the medal when I get it :) it is most definitely an art
