the total time, t would be spent reading n, number of magazines. The total time should be divided by the time it takes to read one magazine to equal the number of magazines. Write the word answer out in terms of variables, and then solve equation. Inequality just means you use a 'less than/greater than or equal to' sign instead of equals.
