The best way setting for writing a good cover letter would be if you were looking for work with a small company and had some sort of unique interest in the company, such with their product, or services or other such functions. For example, suppose I wanted to work for Open Study. If I wanted to do that, then Preetha would be my point of contact, and I would write her a cover letter expressing things such as: 1. My interest in the company (with the goal of expressing my familiarity with the company and its operations) 2. My impressions (the things that have impressed me or that I really appreciate about the company and that make the company unique) 3. How I can help improve the company (my unique talents). If you include these three things in your cover letter it would be great. Once again, having some kind of relationship with your employer helps. At the very least, you should know their name so that you can address them by name in your cover letter.

The number 3 is important because the employer will be interested in what makes you unique...what makes you stand out. It would directly express to them exactly why they should hire you. You want to express to them the unique talents, skills, ideas you will bring to their table.

Good luck with your cover letter. If you finish it, I'd like to critique/proofread it for you. And perhaps others would also have some things to add to it to help you improve it.

Thats what i need help on @hero i dont know where to start or how to start .

Well, I gave you a sort of outline for it. The list above is the general guideline you'll want to follow. Again, at the very least, you need a point of contact--the name of the person who you are addressing you will read your cover letter. Writing this cover letter will require some creativity or your part, some out of the box thinking, and a bit of brainstorming. Saying "you don't know where to start" is like giving yourself writer's block. You can't think like that if you want to write a successful letter. Instead, say to yourself, "Okay, here is exactly what I'm going to do to create a good cover letter" and then write those things down in a list. I assure you, it is not difficult to think this way.
