If an oxygen atom is 16 times more massive than an hydrogen atom, how much more massive is the "amount" of oxygen separated from any amount of water than the "amount" of hydrogen?

The chemical formula for water is \[H_2O\] Showing that there are two hydrogen ions for every one oxygen ion. So for every "amount" of oxygen separated there is twice the "amount" of hydrogen separated.
