What do you mean by what. Did you mean how many?

The valence elctrons of Iron can vary. There is Iron(II), Iron(III), and Iron(IV). The roman numeral will stand for its outer shell eclectron, However it will never have no more than 4 electrons because Iron is a Cation which means it has a positive outer shell and it is looking to get rid of its valence shell electrons
