A us wrong, It's easier to trade with my neighbor than it is with some guy in the next town. D isn't necessarily true. I think North America has trade agreements that make b a non-issue

ok google says C. which is kinda true considering the lumber markets. we can cut more trees than canada and they regularly have disputes over that
