We have: $$\vec u = \langle -2, 9 \rangle \\ \vec v = \langle 3, -3 \rangle$$ Our first task is to calculate the dot product between the two vectors.
For two-dimensional vectors like \(\vec u\) and \(\vec v\), the dot product is given by \(\vec u \cdot \vec v = u_1 v_1 + u_2 v_2\).
