Socrates and Laozi. Excluding the view of “the good”, both Laotzu and Socrates had the same thoughts of the beauty of the words, the knowledgeable man and the Way of Heaven. While Laozi stated that “The good do not engage in disputation.” Socrates performed his interpretation of “the good” in a different manner. He engaged in a conversation with someone who claimed to be an expert, so that he could reveal that his interlocutor didn't know anything at all about the subject in which he claimed to be an expert in. Socrates lived a simple life. He did not accumulate anything; he did not ask for money or position; he advised people to live a happy life. His deeds and his life were defined as that of a sage by Laozi. I made some edits, you need to work on keeping the tense of your writings the same, other than that good job, oh and a wider range of vocabulary would be beneficial too :)
