\[ \frac{ 4f}{ 5 }>8\]
OpenStudy (anonymous):
f>10 ?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
(4f)/5 > 8
Multiply both sides by 5
4f > 40
Divide both sides by 4
f>40/4
f>10 --- answer

how would you write the inequality for the following statment
Mason must eat less than 3 cookies or he will feel ill, my answer was c>3 correct ?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
He must eat LESS (<) than 3
c < 3
OpenStudy (anonymous):
c>3 means he can eat 4, 5, 6, 100000000000 cookies and not feel ill. c<3 means 1 or 2 cookies is fine, but 3 or more are not
OpenStudy (anonymous):
