gallium has an atomic mass of 69.723 amu. the ga-69 (68.926 amu) is 60.11%. what is the amu of the other isotope? Please explain.

OpenStudy (aaronq):

you can set up 2 equations and sub one into the other. \(m_T=69.723~amu=m_{68}*0.6011+m_{69}*\% abundance_{69}\) and \(0.6011+\%abundance_{69}=1\)
