D) payments for health insurance. You should expect to be paid for overtime work. It isn't a perc to be paid. Never heard of being paid to attend a company event. Wouldn't consider that a "benefit". [ Unemployment insurance is required to be paid by the employer. Employees don't pay it. If you have an injury at work, your payments are mandatory through the unemployment insurance system. They are not a company perc that the employer can give you or withhold at his choosing. The health insurance payments may become a non-company "benefit" if Obama's health insurance program comes to fruition. Employers will be required to provide it, so it will stop being a "benefit" they can give you or not.
