The particles of a solid are linked together in a network. If the temperature of the solid increases, the particles gain energy. If they gain enough energy, the particles can break free of the network. Then, they are able to move around more freely. In the event described above, what kind of change is taking place? A. a physical change B. neither a physical nor a chemical change C. a chemical change D. both a physical and a chemical change
This is my last question and i just needed help on this...i dont know if this is under the wrong tab .... cause i dont know what it goes under
what you think the answer would be ?
i would think D but i don't know ... i'm kind of failing science
u mean its particle and not the atom/ molecule right ?
ya...?
I m sure the physical change will take place 100 % but i doubt on chemical change :) but there may be chemical change too i guess its D :) the question is too general and tricky :)
okay thanks....i really need to study more in this subject
thank you very much
ur welcome :)
omg i just passed my test
i was like 70 % exact
