Balance the Equation Iron + Copper Sulfate?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I know it's Fe +CuSO4 -> FeSO4+Cu. But how do you get that answer? I don't understand.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@ganeshie8 do you think you could help? I'd really appreciate it!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

because Iron is more reactive .

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So, because iron is more reactive, it took the SO4? Like a single replacement reaction?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yh same like this , Iron is more reactive So it has more capacity to remain in Ionic form as compare to Cu . :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh okay! Thank you so much!! (:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No problem :)
