Question 5 (Multiple Choice Worth 2 points) What is the slope represented by this table of values for a linear function? http://learn.flvs.net/webdav/assessment_images/educator_math2/v9/04_03c_54_032.jpg slope equals three slope equals two-thirds slope equals two slope equals three over two

OpenStudy (anonymous):

here is the picture

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks @Js555!! (Hope They can See It Now!!)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok I think I can help. So, the slope has to be in fraction form. Do you know how to find the slope?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No........<<LOOK OF INNOCENCE<<

OpenStudy (amoodarya):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that should help, what amoodarya did

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So.........Let's Just Take It Down TO B and D Since those are the only 2 fractions.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so it's 3/2?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If you know how to find slope using a graph, making one will help. Just like amoodarya did.

OpenStudy (amoodarya):

write a line between 2 point and then check the other point on it they are on the line so you have the line and find the slope

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Actually, 2 and 3 are actually 2/1 or 3/1 so technically fractions.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so it's 3/2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OK I get that part but is it 3/2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well, look at the graph or chart.

OpenStudy (amoodarya):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what ammood did

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So It Is 3/2!! YAY!

OpenStudy (amoodarya):

y increase 3 when x increase 2 so slope is deltay /deltax =3/2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

try to find out how to do these on your own. :) then you can do it without help :)
