since \(t\) is contained in \(c\) the statement "if \(t\) then \(c\)" is correct this just means if you are in \(t\) then you must also be in \(c\)
if c then t

if you are in the small one, then you are in the big one if \(t\) then \(c\)

it is not "if you have the circle" it is "if you are in the small circle, then you must also be in the big one' but if you are in the big one it doesn't mean you have to be in the small one
