A strong electrolyte is an electrolyte that exists in solution almost entirely as ions. A weak electrolyte is an electrolyte that dissolves in water to give a relatively small percentage of ions. I see completely as 96 to 100% for strong electrolytes. For weak electrolytes they say "a small percentage" Lets take 5% or lets take EVEN max 50% for "small percentage" althought that is not small! Now what if 70 % ionizes, is that a strong or weak electrolyte?

It's in the middle. I'd say partially?
