Write the equation in standard form: 3x – 1 = 2y 3x + 2y = 1 3x – 2y = 1 3x + 2y = –1 3x – 2y = –1

It looks like you need to just manipulate the first equation algebraically, and see if it matches and of the answers. Try adding and subtracting the 2y, 3x and -1 terms to both sides until you get it.
