Well, the graph shows the connectivity of the rooms. Systematically go through the map and build your graph. For example, room A is connected to every other room at least once, so it makes sense to put A in the middle of the graph. Now go back and look more carefully and you'll see that A is connected to at least one room more than once. If you add that additional connection to your graph, you'll rule out half of the candidate answers. Are there any rooms directly connected to each other?
