hint : if sides/dimensions are \(k\) times larger, then area wud be \(k^2\) times larger

OpenStudy (anonymous):

162 cm^2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

nope. but thanks anyways

OpenStudy (anonymous):

why?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

idk but the answer was 486

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok got it :) if area of 'a' is 54cm^2 then area of 'b' would be area of b=3^2 * 54cm^2= 486 :)
