OpenStudy (kmazraee):

@sarah786 befor I write this question here, I read it. I want someone because I want to start learning EconoPhysics. I need a teacher!

OpenStudy (aaronq):

you don't need a teacher; autodidacticism ftw.

OpenStudy (kmazraee):

@aaronq what?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol I tho u r askin :D

I'll be frank with you, I know nothing about Econo Physics except that it tries to use the methods of Physics to explain and I suppose to predict the behavior of financial systems. In its initial stages it used the methods of Statistical Mechanics which was derived from Thermodynamics. Having some (probably dated) background in both You are looking at a challenging endeavor if you already do not have extensive Physics education. On top of that You cannot apply the principle of physics to anything that you do not thoroughly understand to begin with. If I where to be interested in this topic with my background I would review Statistical Mechanics/Thermodynamics, Mathematical Statistic and Probability and perhaps other Mathematics while studying Financial systems the way a business major would. This would be a very onerous task since I am sure that one needs to know every aspect of these systems and their processes. I do not know if there are majors in Econo Physics or whether this is just an area of research in certain Physics departments in collaboration with Business Schools. This is an area of some controversy and if I remember correctly in Its early development a Market glitch developed because of a prediction based on Physics principle applied to derivatives(not Calculus, a complex vestment tool) resulted in a minor market crisis. Perhaps the Physics was not appropriately applied or the property of derivatives was not fully appreciated. People want to know how the market works to predict its behavior to make money but so far this has not been too productive. Read the book "Black Swan".
