I NEED AN ANSWER NOW NOW NOW!!!! In "Mowgli's Brothers," before he leaves the jungle, Mowgli says, "For the rest, Akela goes free to live as he pleases. Ye will not kill him." What does this show about Mowgli?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Who is Akela, and what did he do?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i don't know that's why i'm asking...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh poo. Um.. Well, is this a multiple choice question, or is this an essay?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

essay.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh poo. Well, because this is Mowgli, and he's friends with the animals in the jungle, I'm going to assume that Akela is either an animal who did something bad to him, and the others want to execute him for his crimes.. OR.. Akela is a human who tried attacking the animals and they fought back. In either case, what do Mowgli's words say about him??

But, did whatever this question is from have the story in it? I suggest looking back at it and reading the story. It'd be much better than guessing.
