Why does nasa say that the center of gravity is at h/3, one third of the cone's height, while some others who used calculus said that it is at h/4?

Since I don't know the context of the question, it could very easily be a number of things. -Someone did it wrong here or there -It's a certain form of simplification that allows physics calculations to be done easier with negligible side effects. -Perhaps the center of gravity has a different meaning to space scientists who deal with gravity much further away from the earth's surface.
