What type of immunity provides lifetime protection for the body against a specific pathogen? A. active immunity B. incomplete immunity C. complete immunity D. passive immunity What is one type of white blood cell that participates in the specific immune response called? A. antigens B. antibodies C. macrophages D. pathogens
what would your best guess be?
I'd say the first one are Complete immunity, because passive and active are ways of acquiring the immunity. To the second question, i would say macrophage, because it is a type of white cell. Antigen is toxin or other foreign substance, antibodies are something IN the white cells and pathogens are harmfull.
Not 100% sure though.
Lifetime protection..... Has to be active immunity.
There's no such thing as complete or incomplete immunity.
1) active immunity
Just researched, active immunity is indeed permanent. Passive is not.

Thank you everyone
Second one won't be that hard, only one of them is a type of white blood cell
The process of elimination would do you some justice here. Pathogens are harmful Antigen is an unwelcome guest
And antibodies are inside of white cells, but not a white cell itslef. So, that leaves us with......
correct wrong and wrong. Antigens are substances (usually proteins) that are on the cell, Antibodies are proteins that bind to the antigens. This binding of an antibody to an antigen causes an immune response. Check the image.
Thanks for correcting me, my mistake.
Thanks everyone
so whats the second one
