The 1st step is graph the line: \[y = -\frac{1}{4}x+3\] Then the inequality is y > or = -(1/4)x+3 so we must take all values above that line.

@LaloHao May you check your graph again, I think it was wrong :) at y-intercept and x-intercept also x = 0 --> y = 3 y = 0 --> x = 12
