What are the next three terms in the sequence 4, -1, -6, -11, ...? -16, -21, -26 -14, -21, -26 -14, -17, -20 -18, -25, -32

a_i = a_(I-1) - 5 So next 3 terms are -16, -21, -26

This is an aarithmatic sequence. We need to find the common difference between subsequent terms. We get: \[-1 - 4 = -5\]\[-6 - -1 =-5\]\[-11 - -6 = -5\] so the common difference is -5. (i.e. to get each term we just keep subtracting 5). The next terms are -16, -21, -26
